Login Instructions for first time Trane Cloud Users

This guide provides a walkthrough for first-time users of Trane Cloud. The goal of this guide is to ensuring a smooth login experience. It outlines each step clearly, from entering your email to creating a password and setting up multifactor authentication. By following this guide, users can quickly access their accounts and remote devices, making it easier to manage their Trane systems effectively. 

1. Open your web browser and navigate to https://tranecloud.com/login and click Sign in.

2. You will be redirected to the following login page. Enter Email address. Click Continue

3. To activate your account, click Send verification code

4. A verification code will be sent to your email. Enter your verification code and click Verify code

5. Create a password and click Continue. This will be the password for your Trane Cloud account. Please store this for future use.

6. Select an option for secondary verification. Click Continue

7. Click Send verification code

8. A verification code will be sent to the option you selected. Enter your verification code and click Verify code

9. Read the Terms & Conditions. Click I Accept

10. You are now logged into Trane Cloud.
