This article explains how to locate a building and access the Remote Access feature in Trane Cloud.
1. Log in to Trane Cloud. Sign in to Trane Cloud.
2. Search for the Building
- Use the search bar to enter the building name.
- Under the Buildings section, select the building you need.
3. If the Building Is Not Visible
- Scroll down slightly in the building list.
- Click See More to display additional buildings.
- Select the required building once it appears.
4. Save Time with a Bookmark
As a temporary workaround, you can bookmark the building or Remote Access page for faster access. The product team is planning to make Remote Access available from the home page in a future deployment.
- Navigate to the specific building you have access to by following the steps above.
- Search for the required building and use remote access.
- Save the page as a bookmark in your browser.
